[Lauren] Halò, is mise Lauren agus fìor thoigh leam a bhith a’ dèanamh maise-ghnùis nam ùine phearsanta. Aon de na rudan a tha a’ còrdadh rium gu mòr mu dheidhinn oidhche a-mach, a bharrachd air a bhith a’ faighinn take-away aig deireadh na h-oidhche, ’s e a bhith a’ dèanamh mo mhaise-ghnùis ro làimh. Leis gu bheil sinn an-dràsta ann an glasadh-sluaigh, chan eil na h-aon cothroman agam airson a’ faighinn glam.

So an-dràsta, tha mi dol a' sealltainn dhuibh mar a tha mi a’ dèanamh deiseil airson nam bùithtean!

[Lauren] An toiseach, tha mi a’ dèanamh mo mhalaidhean.

[Lauren] An uair sin, tha mi a’ cleachdadh gorm dorch’ agus soilleir airson cruth eadar-dhealaichte a thoirt air mo shùilean.

[Lauren] A-nis, ’s e an t-àm ann airson mo chraiceann a dhèanamh.

[Lauren] Bidh mi a’ cleachdadh foundation agus contour airson mo chruth atharrachadh.

[Lauren] Tìoraidh-o smugaid dùbailte!

[Lauren] Agus mu dheireadh, frasgain agus dath-lipean airson a h-uile càil a thoirt ri chèile.

[Lauren] OK guys, sin mo mhaise-ghnùis deiseil airson nam bùithtean!

[Lauren] Bùth-mhòr no runway ann an New York, faodaidh sibhse taghadh. Ach tha mi a dhìth air aon rud – tha mi a dhìth air mo mhasc!

[Lauren] Seall, tha sinn a’ mhaidseadh.

[Lauren] Tha e caran mì-fhortanach ge-tà nach urrainn dhut fhaicinn mo dath-lipean. Hmmmm... dà mhionaid...

[Lauren] Sgoinneil!

[Lauren] Nis ’s urrainn a h-uile duine a’ coimhead air an dath-lipean snog agam ach tha mi fhathast sàbhailte! So bho mi fhìn agus mo bheul bheag, chì mi sibh an ath thuras! Tìoraidh.

English Beurla

[Lauren] Hello, I’m Lauren and I really like doing make-up in my personal time. One of the things that I really enjoy about a night out, as well as getting a take-away at the end of the night, is to be doing my make-up beforehand. As we are now in a lockdown, I don’t have the same opportunities to get glam. With that, I’m looking for any reason to do my make-up.

[Lauren] One of those reasons is to be going to the shops to buy my food. So now, I’m going to show you how I get ready for the shops!

[Lauren] First, I do my eyebrows.

[Lauren] Then I use dark and light blue to give my eyes a different shape.

[Lauren] Now it’s time to do my skin.

[Lauren] I use foundation and contour to change my shape.

[Lauren] Cheerio double chin!

[Lauren] And finally, eyelashes and lipstick to bring everything together.

[Lauren] OK guys, that’s my make-up ready for the shops!

[Lauren] Supermarket or runway in New York, you can choose. But I’m missing one thing – I’m missing my mask!

[Lauren] Look, we’re matching.

I[Lauren] t’s kind of unfortunate though that you can’t see my lipstick. Hmmm… two minutes…

[Lauren] Fantastic!

[Lauren] Now everyone can look at my beautiful lipstick but I’m still safe! So, from myself and my little mouth, I’ll see you next time! Cheerio.
