[Ciorstag] Halò! ’S mise th’ ann a-rithist agus an-diugh tha mi a’ dol a shealltainn dhuibh mar a tha mi a’ dèanamh leabhar-latha.

[Ciorstag] An toiseach, feumaidh tu leabhar-latha, peansail, peann, pinn calligraphy agus pinn dathte, rubair, agus rudeigin dìreach airson loidhnichean a dhèanamh.

[Ciorstag] Seo fear a rinn mi an t-seachdain sa chaidh.

[Ciorstag] An toiseach, tha mi a’ dèanamh bogsa airson gach latha den t-seachdain. ‘S e bullet journal a th’ anns an leabhar-latha a th’ agamsa an seo ’s tha sin a’ ciallachadh gu bheil dotan beaga ann so tha sin math airson loidhnichean a dhèanamh.

[Ciorstag] Tha mi a’ cleachdadh peansail aig an toiseach agus an uair sin ’s urrainn dhomh sin a rub-adh a-mach aig an deireadh. An seo, tha mi a’ sgrìobhadh bhogsaichean nas motha an turas seo airson gach latha den t-seachdain.

[Ciorstag] A-nist, tha mi a’ dol thairis air a h-uile rud le peann àbhaisteach. Tha e math a bhith a’ tòiseachadh aig a’ mhullach agus a’ dol sìos gus nach bi rud sam bith a smudge-eadh.

[Ciorstag] A-nist tha mi a’ dèanamh habit tracker far a bheil mi a’ track-adh rud sam bith a tha mi airson sùil a chumail air an t-seachdain sa, mar eisimpleir, ceumannan, uisge a ghabhail, eacarsaich a dhèanamh, a bhith a’ dol a-muigh gach latha, rudan mar sin. Tagh rud sam bith a tha thusa ag iarraidh. Airson an sgrìobhadh as motha, tha mi a’ cleachdadh pinn a’ challigraphy. Nise, chan e expert a th’ annam idir a thaobh làmh-sgrìobhadh mar seo ach tha mi air bhidio no dhà a choimhead a thaobh an dòigh-obrach seo. Chan fheumaidh tu seo a dhèanamh, ’s e rud math mu dheidhinn bullet journals gun urrainn dhut a bhith cruthachail.

[Ciorstag] A thaobh dealbhachaidh, tha mise a’ cumail am fear agamsa gu math simplidh le loidhnichean dìreach agus dathan.

[Ciorstag] A-nis tha mi a’ rub-adh a h-uile pìos peansail a-mach ’s deiseil airson dath a chur air. Tagh dath sam bith a tha a’ còrdadh ribh ach tha pinc ’s dearg còmhla a’ còrdadh rium an-dràsta.

[Ciorstag] An seo, tha mi a’ sgrìobhadh a h-uile rud a th’ agam ri dhèanamh an t-seachdain sa. Agus anns na bogsaichean seo, tha mi a’ sgrìobhadh rud sam bith a tha a’ tachairt gach latha.

[Ciorstag] Is rud sam bith a th’ agam ri dhèanamh an-ath-sheachdain an seo. Leis an tracker, aig deireadh gach latha, tha mi a’ cur dath anns na bogsaichean ma tha mi air sin a dhèanamh. Mur eil, tha mi ga fhàgail geal. Aig an deireadh, chì thu pàtran air ciamar a tha thu a’ faighinn air adhart leis na diofar habits agad. An uair sin tha mi a cur na rudan a th’ agam ri dhèanamh tron t-seachdain air an latha a tha mi airson sin a dhèanamh.

[Ciorstag] Seo far a bheil mi a’ cumail sùil air dè cho math ’s a tha mi a’ faighinn air adhart leis an leabhar a tha mi leughadh.

[Ciorstag] Tha mi air plana-làitheil a dhèanamh airson gach latha agus cuideachd tha mi a’ feuchainn ri dhèanamh rudan gach latha airson m’ inntinn, airson mo bhodhaig, airson m’ anam, agus cuideachd rudeigin a tha tarbhach.

[Ciorstag] Seo eisimpleirean de diofar dhòighean airson bullet journals a dhèanamh. Tha iad math airson a bhith eagraichte agus cuideachd tha iad math airson do chuimhneachd. Feuch sibh fhèin e! Bi cruthachail ’s cuideachd gabh spòrs.

English Beurla

[Kirsty] Hello! It’s me again and today I’m going to show you how I make a diary.

[Kirsty] First, you need a diary, a pencil, a pen, calligraphy pens and coloured pens, a rubber, and something straight to draw lines.

[Kirsty] This is one I made last week.

[Kirsty] First, I make a box for each day of the week. This diary is a bullet journal and that means that there are wee dots so that’s good for drawing lines.

[Kirsty] I’m using a pencil at the beginning and then I can rub it out at the end. Here, I’m drawing bigger boxes this time for each day of the week.

[Kirsty] Now I’m going over everything with a normal pen. It’s good to start at the top and go down so that nothing smudges.

[Kirsty] Now I’m doing a habit tracker where I will track anything I want to keep an eye on this week for example steps, drinking water, doing exercise, going outside every day, things like that. Pick anything you want. For the largest writing, I use a calligraphy pen. Now, I’m not an expert at this handwriting at all but I’ve seen a video or two on this technique. You don’t have to do this, the good thing about a bullet journal is that you can be creative.

[Kirsty] In terms of design, I’m keeping mine very simple with straight lines and colours.

[Kirsty] Now I’m rubbing all the pencil out and ready to colour it. Pick any colour that you like but I like pink and red together right now.

[Kirsty] Here, I’m writing everything I have to do this week. In these boxes, I’m writing anything that is happening each day.

[Kirsty] And anything I have to do next week here. With the tracker, at the end of each day, I colour in the boxes if I’ve done them. If not, I leave them white. At the end, you’ll see a pattern of how you’re getting on with your different habits. Then, I put in the things that I have to do through the week on the days that I want to do them.

[Kirsty] This is where I keep an eye on how I’m getting along with the book that I’m reading,

[Kirsty] I’ve done a daily plan for each day and also I try to do things each day for my mind, for my body, for my soul, and also something productive.

[Kirsty] These are examples of different ways to do bullet journals. They’re good for being organised and also they’re good for your memory. Try it yourself! Be creative and also have fun.
